One of the requirements of membership in TFIM (The Future is Mine) is to research a career.  Job shadowing was one of the mandatory activities included in this project.  Students then wrote about their experience and what they learned about the particular career.  The culmination of their research was the presentation of their findings.  The Consortium of Education, along with Mr. Russell, Mr. Z, and Mrs. Weightman, was audience to their presentations.

Most students believed that the experience was quite valuable and were eager to pursue the career they had researched.
